Pearl Property Investments was founded by Pearl in 2014 but started trading after the property tax changes in 2016. Jason joined Pearl Property Investments in 2017 after working as a contractor for the company for a number of years. After 25 years of being best friends, Pearl and Jason finally become a couple and married in September 2017. From very different backgrounds, but both incredibly passionate about property, the pair use their experience together to create a unique and stress-free property investment experience.

Jason

Jason started his career as a carpenter, completing an apprenticeship in carpentry and after a few years started a company called Hillside Carpentry in 2006. Since then Jason has been involved in over 1000 property renovations and developments in the Bath and Bristol area.

Jason has an extensive network of qualified tradespeople and as such runs all Pearl Property Investments Projects. Jason has a real passion for property and has an uncanny ability to make the best use of space, recently converting a two bedroom property into a five en-suite double bedroom property without even going into the loft space! Jason will always view a potential investment from all angles which makes him great at sourcing the next investment building and is always sure to make best use of space to maximise return on investment.

Pearl

Pearl is passionate about making high quality homes for people and loves to bringing old property back to life. She started investing in property by accident when she bought a house to live in and after a light refurbishment sold it nine months later for a profit of over £50,000. At the time, this was more than her annual salary which got her thinking. After gaining a thorough property education with many different property training companies and mentors, she started investing with her own money before moving into helping other investors. Pearl asked Jason to join Pearl Property Investments as a director in 2017 to advance and run the business.

Pearl has a strong background in project management with experience of managing complex IT and technology programmes, so Pearl runs the project scheduling for the projects as well as providing creative flare in interior design. Pearl has experience of investing in property, stocks, crypto currency and technology. Pearl loves to share knowledge with others and is often found speaking at many conferences on diversity and inclusion (as a success story for Dyslexia) and as an expert on cyber security and data protection. In her spare time, Pearl can be found running around on a hockey pitch or gliding across a ballroom dance floor.
